- Is an RP site that includes wild equines (multi-animal sites are allowed).
- Has at least 10 registered members (not character accounts but actual real live people).
- Is generally active (one IC post per week at least).

Our banner absolutely must be in a static position on the main page of your site, not in a marquee or a scroll box.
